Head Of Transformation

We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Head of Transformation for a leading organization driving enterprise-wide transformation, operational improvement, and strategic change initiatives across Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Lead major business transformation, operating model, process improvement, and change programmes.
- Establish transformation governance, performance frameworks, milestones, and benefits tracking.
- Partner with business leaders to identify efficiency, digitalization, and service improvement opportunities.
- Lead multidisciplinary transformation teams and manage strategic stakeholders across the organization.

Key Requirements

- 12+ years of progressive experience in transformation, strategy, operations, consulting, or organizational change.
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Strong expertise in operating model design, process optimization, performance improvement, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, leadership, communication, and programme management capabilities.
