Al Attiya Motors is seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a professional with a solid background in heavy-duty trucks, who possesses both mechanical and electrical expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience using diagnostic tools, strong logistical and leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive mechanical and electrical diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a range of heavy-duty trucks.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively, ensuring quick and accurate resolutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring all maintenance and repair work meets the highest standards.
• Oversee logistics for vehicle servicing, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance procedures, and quality control standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance work, and parts usage.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline repair workflows and enhance overall service efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 2-5 years in heavy-duty truck maintenance and repair, with hands-on expertise in both mechanical and electrical aspects.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools specific to heavy-duty trucks; deep understanding of truck components and systems.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and coordinate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Logistics Management: Strong organizational skills with experience in logistics related to vehicle servicing and parts management.

Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues under time constraints.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, management, and clients effectively.

Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
