Hr & Admin Officer

 

Description:

We are hiring an experienced Human Resources Officer for a full-time position in Qatar. The selection will be done locally. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of HR operations and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update HR policies following company rules and local laws.
• Handle recruitment — posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage performance reviews and feedback.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Support payroll and coordinate with the finance team.
• Handle employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
• Plan training and development programs.
• Coordinate HR reports and assist department heads.
• Guide and support junior HR staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of HR policies and recruitment.
• Professional, reliable, and confidential.
