Description:
Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in agencies or fast-paced environments)
* Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws in Qatar, and employee lifecycle management
* Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms, and performance management tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
💼 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
* Support employee onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the company
* Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance
* Handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
* Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
* Address employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
* Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and company policies
* Coordinate training and development initiatives
* Support management with additional HR-related tasks when required
