Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
· Handle the full recruitment cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
· Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration.
· Support initiatives to build a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail sector in Qatar.
· Strong knowledge of Qatari labor laws and HR best practices.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
