Hr Generalist

 

Description:

-Handle end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, -performance management, and exit formalities.
-Coordinate manpower planning with operations and department heads.
-Manage recruitment activities: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
-Prepare employment contracts, HR policies, warnings, and termination documents.
-Maintain accurate employee records (physical & digital) in compliance with company & legal standards.
-Address employee queries and HR-related concerns.
-Manage employee relations: grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, conflict resolution.
-Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift schedules.
-Support payroll by validating attendance, leaves, deductions, and new joiners.
-Coordinate with PRO/Government Relations for visas, work permits, medicals, ID processing, renewals, and cancellations.
-Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and internal HR policies.
-Assist in probation reviews, confirmations, and performance appraisals.
-Organize HR inductions, training coordination, and policy awareness sessions.
-Prepare HR reports: headcount, turnover, recruitment status.
-Support employee engagement initiatives and HR audits.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
-3–5 years of proven HR Generalist experience.
-Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law.
-Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
-Arabic nationality preferred.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
-Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
