Description:

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
🔹 Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with Qatar labor laws and healthcare industry standards.
🔹 Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
🔹 Ensure compliance with DHP licensing and healthcare regulations.
🔹 Handle conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace ethics.
🔹 Drive training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
🔹 Support workforce planning and retention strategies.
🔹 Coordinate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience (preferably in the healthcare sector).
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in healthcare licensing procedures is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
