Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in the HR department of a school and possess in-depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, recruitment practices, staff wellbeing, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, to offboarding
Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with Qatari labor laws and Ministry of Education requirements
Handle visa processes, staff documentation, and employment contracts
Coordinate international and local recruitment campaigns
Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution
Lead professional development planning and CPD coordination
Maintain accurate HRIS records and staff files
Manage payroll inputs and liaise with finance for timely salary disbursements
Oversee staff wellbeing initiatives and support retention strategies
Advise school leadership on HR strategy and planning
