Description:
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; CIPD /
SHRM preferred.
- 8-10 years of HR experience with focus on performance management,
talent development and employee engagement.
- Design and implement leadership development, succession planning and
workforce planning initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits and wellbeing programs, ensuring equity
and alignment with business goals.
- Manage HR operations and compliance with Qatar labour laws, providing
strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Languages : English (required), Arabic (advantage).
