Description:
A leading private school in Qatar is seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resource’s function. This is a key role for a professional passionate about education and supporting a vibrant academic community.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Oversee onboarding, contracts, renewals, and meticulous employee record-keeping.
- Ensure full compliance with Qatar Labor Law and school policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and performance management.
- Support payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Develop HR policies and lead staff engagement and development initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with preference for candidates from the education or school sector.
- In depth knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is essential.
- Experience in recruiting international teaching staff is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
