Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Officer (Payroll & employee Relation) for the Qatar's Top Leading Agriculture Division.
The ideal candidate to have a strong background in managing payroll processes and be familiar with the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separations.
3 years experience in Employee Relations & grievance administration.
workforce planning and employee mobilization experience will be added value to the Role.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Local Available Candidates with transferrable QID.
Strong hands-on experience in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.(Hindi, Urdu & English).
Nationality : (Indian, Sri Lankan, Pakistani, Bangladesh & Nepal)
