Description:
We are a growing international company looking for a skilled and professional HR Officer to manage our recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
· Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI tools efficiently.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
· Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, specifically within the Oil & Gas, Construction, or Technology sectors in the GCC.
· Proven experience with the full recruitment lifecycle.
· Hands-on experience with ATS and AI recruitment tools.
· Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken).
· Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Qatar with a valid transferable QID.
