Hr Payroll Officer

 

Description:

AJWAN Hospitality Group looking for a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Officer to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain employee records, ensure compliance, and support payroll-related inquiries

Key Responsibilities:
· Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time.
· Manage employee data, benefits, deductions, and taxes in HRIS.
· Ensure full compliance with labor laws and company policies.
· Act as the main contact for payroll-related questions and discrepancies.
· Monitor timekeeping, attendance, and leave balances.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll data.

Requirements:
· 2–5 years of payroll experience
· Strong knowledge of payroll systems & HRIS
· Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations
· Excellent attention to detail, organization & communication skills
· Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
