Responsibilities:
· Full-cycle recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding support
· Coordinate manpower needs with hiring managers
· Post vacancies & source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and agencies
· Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports
· Prepare and issue agency demand letters with specifications
· Follow up on CV submissions, documentation, and mobilization timelines
Requirements:
• Proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably in Qatar/KSA
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage recruitment for multiple roles
