• Develop and implement HSE strategy aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations
• Manage multinational HSE teams and contractor compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance across GCC
• Drive zero-harm safety culture

Requirements:
🎯 Engineering / HSE Degree
🎯 15+ years Oil & Gas HSE experience
🎯 NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (preferred)
🎯 GCC experience & strong leadership
