Hse Manager

Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HSE Manager to oversee and elevate our health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE policies and project-specific safety plans.
⦁ Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and other regulations.
⦁ Lead, mentor, and supervise HSE teams and officers across various project sites.
⦁ Conduct detailed risk assessments, incident investigations, and ensure effective corrective actions.
⦁ Review Method Statements, JSAs, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
⦁ Plan and conduct HSE audits, inspections, drills, and toolbox talks.
⦁ Oversee environmental management, including waste control and spill response.
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for client and government HSE audits.
⦁ Deliver HSE training and inductions to staff at all levels.
⦁ Track HSE KPIs and prepare monthly safety performance reports for management.

Requirements:
⦁ 15–20 years of overall HSE experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial role.
⦁ Proven experience in offshore, oil & gas, marine, or construction sectors is highly preferred.
⦁ NEBOSH International General Certificate or Diploma (Mandatory).
⦁ Certifications in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Internal Auditing (Preferred).
⦁ Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Incident Investigation (Preferred).
