Hse Manager

Description:

Seaworks is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety excellence across our marine, offshore, and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, deep regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in complex operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and project-specific safety plans
🔹 Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, and applicable regulations
🔹 Lead and supervise HSE teams across multiple sites
🔹 Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action planning
🔹 Review Method Statements, JSAs, and PTW systems
🔹 Lead audits, inspections, drills, toolbox talks, and HSE training programs
🔹 Oversee environmental controls, waste management, and spill response
🔹 Act as the main HSE interface with clients and authorities
🔹 Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly HSE performance reports

Requirements
✔️ 15–20 years of HSE experience (3–5 years in a managerial role)
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
✔️ NEBOSH IGC / Diploma (mandatory)
✔️ Offshore, marine, oil & gas, or construction background preferred
✔️ ISO Auditor, Fire Safety, First Aid certifications (advantage)
