Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on site
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and QCS HSE standards
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Prepare incident/accident reports and follow-up on corrective actions
Promote a safety-first culture among workers and staff
✅ Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Qatar
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
Knowledge of QCS standards and local regulations
Valid QID with NOC (preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
