Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of HSE experience in oil & gas greenfield projects
- Proven experience implementing QatarEnergy CORP-HSE standards and project HSE plans
- NEBOSH IGC – Mandatory
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Strong knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, and Incident Investigation
- Fluent in English
- Qatar Driving License preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy CORP-HSE standards and the site HSE plan
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training
- Investigate incidents and ensure effective corrective actions
- Monitor and report HSE KPIs to management and the client
