HVAC Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a technically strong HVAC professional with proven experience in Oil & Gas facilities/projects, covering HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, planning, and site coordination.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
*Plan, supervise, and coordinate HVAC maintenance activities at Oil & Gas facilities.
*Manage preventive, corrective, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities.
*Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system and equipment issues.
*Ensure HVAC systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
*Review HVAC maintenance schedules, work orders, and technical reports.
*Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and client representatives.
*Monitor maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
*Prepare and review maintenance reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
*Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, PTW procedures, and Oil & Gas site standards.
*Support manpower planning, material requirements, and maintenance resource allocation.
*Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and shutdown activities when required.

🎓 Requirements
*Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 +of HVAC engineering/maintenance experience.
*2+Oil & Gas experience is mandatory.
*Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, Package Units, Chillers, VRF/VRV, Split ACs, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
*Experience in Oil & Gas plants, industrial facilities, or petrochemical projects.
*Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
*Good knowledge of HVAC maintenance standards and practices.
*Familiarity with PTW, HSE procedures, and client safety requirements.
*Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
*Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
