Hvac Project Engineer

Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee HVAC system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Verify HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and progress.
Review engineering drawings, material submittals, specifications, and technical documentation.
Supervise site installation and ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
Conduct quality inspections, including duct flow testing and chilled-water piping hydrotesting.
Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB).
Coordinate with clients, contractors, installation teams, and other engineering disciplines.
Maintain project reports, inspection records, and handover documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

✅ REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of industrial HVAC design, maintenance, and operations.
Experience with HVAC systems in aluminium smelters is preferred.
Knowledge of thermal analysis, HVAC project management, and commissioning.
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Fluency in English.
