Integrated Facilities Management (ifm) Coordinator

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IFM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing projects from construction through to completion, ensuring excellence in facility delivery and operations. This is a senior role for a strategic leader passionate about engineering and project management.
Key Qualifications:
· BSc/BEng in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
· PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
· Minimum 15 years of postgraduate experience, including at least 6 years as a Project Manager.
Required Skills & Experience:
· Exceptional written and verbal communication.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerate skills.
· Expertise in program scheduling, critical path analysis, and time management.
· Proven team leadership and ability to build effective collaboration.
· Experience working on major projects from construction phase to handover.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong reporting capabilities.
· Ability to engage and gain cooperation from senior management and project teams.
