Your Tasks

• Accompanying media appointments and journalists
• Support for the care and maintenance of contacts with mainly German journalists
• Participation in the conception, planning and organization of PR/press events at the World Cup in Qatar
• Supervision of the VW Media Shuttle between Doha City and the DFB Training/Media Center Al-Shamal
• Organizational tasks

Your Qualifications

• Students specializing in event marketing, sports management, sports science, journalism, communication, media, humanities or economics or similar.

• Experience in communication / PR / journalism/events in the sports sector

• Very good written and oral expression

• High affinity to social media

• Project management experience

• Confident and good communication skills

• Willingness to contribute own ideas and to work independently

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Flexibility, reliability, ability to work in a team and initiative

• Good knowledge of English and German preferable or Arabic desirable

• Excellent knowledge of the regional conditions in Qatar / Doha

• Valid Qatar Driver's license
