Description:
Responsibilities:
· Install, configure, and maintain POS systems, back-office software, and restaurant applications
· Provide day-to-day IT support to restaurant outlets and head office staff
· Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly
· Coordinate with vendors for POS systems, CCTV, internet, and software support
Qualifications:
· 2–4 years IT support experience (restaurant/retail/hospitality preferred)
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Willingness to travel between outlets and provide on-call support
