Junior Inventory Controller

Description:

The Junior Inventory Controller will support the day-to-day management of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels across retail stores and warehouses. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations and minimizing discrepancies.

*Key Responsibilities*
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Track stock movements, receipts, transfers, and adjustments
• Assist with periodic stock counts and reconciliations
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with stores, warehouses, and procurement teams
• Generate inventory reports and maintain documentation

*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in inventory, stores, warehouse, or retail operations
• Basic knowledge of inventory management principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP or inventory systems preferred
