Description:
We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to lead operations in our pastry cloud kitchen
Key Responsibilities:
· Daily production planning and execution for cakes, pastries & desserts.
· Uphold strict SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
· Manage inventory, control wastage, and coordinate with suppliers.
· Handle order management systems (Talabat, Snoonu, walk-ins & B2B).
· Coordinate delivery and driver logistics.
· Manage B2B client relationships and customer support.
· Prepare sales reports, reconciliation, and cost tracking.
· Supervise kitchen staff, create duty rosters, and manage attendance.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role, preferably in pastry/bakery.
· Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and kitchen operations.
· Good organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage inventory, costs, and team performance effectively.
