Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Level 1 IT Support professional to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent technical support to end users.
Role & Responsibilities:
🔹Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
🔹Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
🔹Assist with user account setup, password resets, and access requests.
🔹Monitor and respond to IT helpdesk tickets promptly.
🔹Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when required.
🔹Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
🔹Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
🔹1–2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
🔹Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
🔹Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
🔹Must be based in Qatar (with valid visa or transferable sponsorship preferred).
