Maintenance Supervisor

Description:

Dime International is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at our fabrication workshop in Qatar.

Requirements:
·       Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fabrication workshop maintenance.
·       Strong knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of fabrication machinery and equipment.
·       Experience with welding machines, cutting machines, drilling machines, grinders, compressors, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment.
·       Ability to plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Good understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
·       Strong leadership and team management skills
·       Experience in maintaining maintenance records and schedules
·       Gulf experience is an added advantage
·       Locally available candidates preferred

Responsibilities:
·       Supervise all maintenance activities within the fabrication workshop
·       Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for workshop equipment and machinery
·       Attend equipment breakdowns and ensure timely corrective actions
·       Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime to support production targets
·       Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities efficiently
·       Maintain maintenance logs, spare parts records, and equipment history reports
·       Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures
·       Manage maintenance technicians and monitor daily maintenance activities
