Qualifications:
- Immediate joiner/Available in UAE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in debt collection, preferably in the Real Estate or Property management industry.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong understanding of owner's associations and RERA directions in this matter
- Strong knowledge of service charge billing and collection
