Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for restaurant brands, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising (Google/Meta), SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Manage content creation and storytelling aligned with brand voice and customer preferences.
- Track and report on campaign performance; analyze data to improve future marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to support brand and business objectives.
- Stay up to date with food and beverage trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage sector.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and [Insert Second Language]) – required.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with performance metrics, analytics tools, and marketing automation is a plus.
