Nlp Specialist/computational Linguist

Description:

Education: Advanced degree (MA or PhD) in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field with a strong focus on NLP.
Experience: 3+ years of experience applying NLP and computational linguistics expertise in a practical setting, preferably in industry.

• Deep understanding of linguistic principles, including syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and morphology.
• Strong knowledge of NLP techniques and tasks, such as tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, parsing, and semantic role labeling.
• Experience in developing and maintaining taxonomies, ontologies, or controlled vocabularies.
• Familiarity with Python and relevant NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Stanford CoreNLP). Experience with LLMs and deep learning frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with the recruitment domain and HR terminology is a plus.
