- Excellent command of English language is a must.

1 - Manage the Promotions requests through all the company
2 - Manage all activities related to the Dep/ Sites organization chart
3 - Create the Annual Training Plan (Internal / External)
4 - Manage El-Hazek Academy Activities
5 - Link the company strategic Model to The Core Training Plan
6 - Run and manage the job Analysis project for all the Company
7 - Enhance and maintain all the Dep Balance Score Cards
8 - Manage & Run the Performance Management System
9 - Manage and Record the Learning and Development Budget (0% Deviation )
10 - Developing and updating the competency-based JD For all the Company Structure.
