Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Build mobile-friendly features for HR, Training, Quality, and Operations
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and mobile applications
• Design workflows, dashboards, user roles, and automated processes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
• Support Odoo upgrades, migrations, and new version deployments
• Work closely with HR, Admin, Training, and Quality teams

🛠️ Skills Required:
• Strong hands-on experience in Odoo ERP development
• Proficiency in Python, Odoo Framework, XML, JavaScript, PostgreSQL
• Experience in custom Odoo module development and ERP workflows
• Knowledge of API integrations and Odoo mobile development
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
