Office Administrator

 

Description:

Traveller Transport is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily office operations and project documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent command of English, and solid experience in office administration within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize project-related documents
- Verify data accuracy and ensure document completeness
- Support the sales team with reports and submission documentation
- Prepare quotations and related documentation
- Handle phone calls and emails in a professional manner
- Coordinate communication between customers and the technical team
- Maintain effective internal office communication
- Communicate with customers efficiently and professionally

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of GCC experience
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent email and letter drafting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
