Beeblue Facility Services is seeking a reliable and organized Female Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will handle office coordination, documentation, communication, and general administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
• Organize and maintain filing systems and records
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare, edit, and format documents and reports
• Handle data entry and update internal databases
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Greet visitors and provide general office support
• Assist with basic bookkeeping or HR tasks when required
• Ensure the office environment is clean and organized
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management

Skills & Requirements:
• Language: Fluent in English
• Computer Skills: High proficiency (MS Office and office systems)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
