Operations Coordinator

 

Description:

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔸 Coordinate subsidy material selection with management and government entities
🔸 Support supplier selection, RFQs, POs, and contract coordination
🔸 Manage material receiving and stock updates using ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
🔸 Coordinate inspections, storage, and stock replenishment with suppliers
🔸 Support scheduling and distribution of materials to farmers
🔸 Prepare stock availability reports and management reports
🔸 Coordinate with farmer service centers regarding visits and complaints
🔸 Provide operational support and assist with special projects

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in food production environments
✅ Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent Excel skills (mandatory)
✅ Experience working with ERP systems
✅ Strong oral and written language skills – English and Arabic
✅ “Preference for Arabic nationals”
