Operations Management

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality and professional cleaning services.

- Ensure high standards of service quality and customers satisfaction.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices.

- Monitor and manage operational budgets, resources, and expenses.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching development opportunities for the operations team.

- Responsible for the operations of female staff, including their transportation, training, accommodation and addressing their needs.

- Sales or contract management experience
- Experience in hotels, hospitals, malls, or commercial buildings
