Operations Manager

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of factories and operational sites in KSA and Qatar
• Ensure efficient production planning, workflow optimization, and resource utilization
• Manage factory teams, supervisors, and operational staff to meet performance targets
• Implement and monitor operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams
• Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and provide strategic recommendations to senior management

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager / Factory Manager
• Strong factory management background (manufacturing, production, or industrial operations)
• Experience managing operations across multiple countries (preferably GCC)
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and cost management
• Ability to travel between KSA and Qatar as required
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
