Part-time Graphic Design Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver graphic design courses and workshops that are engaging, informative, and cater to different skill levels.
• Ensure that course materials and equipment are prepared and ready for each class.
• Provide hands-on instruction to students, helping them to develop their graphic design skills and techniques.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and assist them in identifying areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance.
• Work closely with the Education Manager to develop new course materials and improve existing ones.
• Help to create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract new students.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, and prior graphic design course teaching experience is a plus.
• Acquire advanced graphic design skills at a senior or creative director level.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, tools, and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in using collaboration software/applications, tech-savvy, or with computer/IT skills.
• Passionate about graphic design and teaching.
