Description:

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef with expert-level skills in fondant work and fine decoration to create stunning cakes and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Production: Prepare, bake, and assemble high-quality pastries, cakes, and baked goods efficiently.
- Fondant & Decoration: Specialize in creating wedding, celebration, and themed cakes. Expert in fondant covering, sculpting, sugar flowers, figurines, piping, glazing, airbrushing, and texturing.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all products meet strict recipe, presentation, and weight standards. Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–4 years of hands-on pastry production experience.
- Strong expertise in: Fondant sculpting & modelling, cake assembly & finishing, decorative techniques (piping, sugar work), and high-volume production.
- Excellent attention to detail, artistic ability, and a strong sense of color and design.
