Performance Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Responsibilities:
·       Run & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube)
·       Drive leads, sales & ROAS across digital channels
·       Analyze data, A/B test creatives, and refine funnels
·       Manage ad budgets and report on KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS)
·       Collaborate with product, sales & design teams

Requirements:
·       5+ years in performance marketing
·       Expert in Google Ads & social media advertising platforms
·       Strong analytical & communication skills
·       Experience with analytics tools (GA, Looker, etc.)
·       Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
