• 6-8 years of experience in Program/Project Management. Professional Certification (Prince 2 or PMP).
• Implement and monitor project management policies and procedures.
• Oversee strategic and operational projects across the organization.
• Coordinate with project managers and highlight issues/challenges.
• Document and track project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure project management best practices and provide training and development initiatives.
