Power Bi & Cognos Reporting Consultant

Description:

Nair Systems is currently looking for an experienced Power BI & Cognos Reporting Consultant for our Qatar operations.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or reporting within the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, and business processes.
Hands-on experience in Power BI, IBM Cognos, SQL, and report development.
Strong expertise in data modeling, data mapping, ETL processes, and data visualization.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable reports and insights.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is an advantage.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

📌 Key Responsibilities:-
Gather and analyze business requirements from banking stakeholders.
Develop and maintain Power BI and Cognos reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, business opportunities, and operational improvements.
Support data modeling, ETL, and integration of BI solutions with existing systems.
Ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance with banking requirements.
Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
