Mosanada is hiring a highly skilled Procurement and Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contracts and procurement activities for our growing operations. Key Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, negotiating, executing, and renewing contracts.
-Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies.
-Conduct vendor research, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate favorable contract terms.
-Analyze contract terms to mitigate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Maintain accurate procurement and contract documentation.
-Resolve disputes and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
-Keep up with industry trends and propose continuous improvements.
-Draft comprehensive, legally sound commercial documentation.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (Master’s preferred).
-Minimum 10 years of construction-related experience in procurement or contract management.
-Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract law, and compliance regulations.
-Experience with government contracting is highly desirable.
-Proven negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in procurement tools, contract management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Prior experience managing teams (1–2 years) is a plus.
