Project Manager

Description:

🔧 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Conduct Agile ceremonies: planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder updates
• Align business goals with technical execution
• Monitor project progress using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC
• Experience managing technical teams and digital platforms
• Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)

🌟 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Experience in OTT or video streaming development
• Understanding of video delivery workflows and CDN
• Project management certifications: PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP
