Project Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and execute company projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale operations, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management (required)

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or a related leadership role
• Experience working with organizations having:
• 200+ employees
• Annual turnover of 10 million SAR or more

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Deep understanding of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain documentation, contracts, and project records following company standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project governance frameworks
