Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day property operations and tenant relationships.
· Lead and coordinate teams, contractors, and service providers.
· Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
· Ensure all property management activities are completed efficiently.
· Maintain strong organizational and problem-solving standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Property Management.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Demonstrated ability to manage teams and external partners.
· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
