Qa/qc Civil Engineer

Description:

The QA/QC Civil Engineer will ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in civil engineering works and hands-on experience in implementing effective quality assurance and control systems.

🏗 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct inspections and quality checks for all civil and structural activities on site
✅ Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards
✅ Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
✅ Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters
✅ Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures throughout the project lifecycle
✅ Support testing, auditing, and verification of materials and construction activities
✅ Contribute to achieving high-quality deliverables within schedule and budget

🎯 Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Civil Engineer in building construction projects
✅ Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and practices
✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
✅ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced project environment
