Description:
Key Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline
🔹 Professional Quality Certification such as CQE, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent
🔹 Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in major expansion or EPCC projects within the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry
🔹 Minimum 5 years in a QA/QC leadership role
🔹 Strong knowledge of QA/QC across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning & Mechanical Completion
🔹 Expertise in ISO 9001, ITP development, NCR/deviation management, audits, inspection coordination and vendor surveillance
🔹 Proven leadership and team management experience
🔹 Strong understanding of EPCC contractual frameworks, PIM requirements and quality gate processes
