Quantity Surveyor

Description:

Prepare the Tender documents and Quotations for main contractor's works

Attend client and consultant meetings to clarify all their requirements

Negotiate with client and consultant to the final discount and scope of works

Take off quantities from drawing and site visit to prepare monthly valuations report

Monthly interim valuation and prepare the payment certificates

Record variations to the contract and submit costs in respect to variation work

Negotiate with consultant to finalize the variations

Prepare the Value Engineering proposal

Prepare Plant and Material Reconciliation reports

Prepare the Contract Documents for Subcontract packages

Sub contract administration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Negotiation

-Commercial Contract Management

-Contract drafting

-External Stakeholder engagement

-Dynamic and reliable working style

Required Education and Key Competencies:

-Engineering Degree of Quantity Surveying Degree

-Contract certifications advantageous

-Swimming pools and related water features experience required

-Commercial contract management knowledge

-Good negotiation skills

-Problem solving skills

-Good communication and facilitation skills
